Actually my appointment went great. I had several questions while making my appointment about the procedures. The lady that I talked to didn't have any answers to my questions and acted like i was a waste of her time.... so I called back another day to ask questions and talked to someone else and she didn't know either

It is a beautiful spa like atmosphere. The staff is very nice and helpful. I can go in and get what I need with hardly any waiting time. Their products are all up to date and reasonable.
Very nice facilities!!! Staff was very professional. Modern equipment. He made tatto removal less painful. Very caring and focused on helping the client.
