Reading through the other reviews, I have nothing original to add, but I can confirm all of the negative experiences of the other reviews. Unresponsive maintenance staff and crumbling infrastructure, including bug and mold infestations. Ludicrous rent increases year over year. A revolving door of front office staff, which made maintenance and renewals an absolute peach to negotiate every time. This is a property cited by the state gas company for corroded pipes causing lethal gas leaks endangering its residents. This a property that admits to falsifying maintenance records rather than actually doing the maintenance. Sure, it’s a cheap property, but how much is your life worth? This property will not value it. They’d don’t care. I’ve lived here over a year now. Most recently, I came home to a flood of emergency lights. Don't move here. First they changed me a security deposit. Which I didn’t understand. At the time. I lived in the Atlanta area for over 10 years and never been changed a security deposit. Now that I have moved out 6 weeks ago and still never got it back. All I got was a run around. Second I never been around so many water bugs. I guess bugs come with living in a preserve.
