Having my car hit by someone else was no fun, but at least the folks at Prestige made the repair process easy and painless. I didn't know what to do and they guided me through the process to deal with my insurance company and the other drivers. They finished my car right on time and it looked as good as before the accident - better even considering how nice and clean it was when I got it back....

When I took my Lexus for repair I expected that it would come back perfect. What I didn't expect was the easy in which the entire staff at Prestige handled this. They are polite, organized and they really worked hard to get my car back as soon as possible. they are GREAT.
BEST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!! I had the best experience ever!!!!!!!! The people treated me like gold, my car was detailed and flawless. It was a perfect repair. My kids got stuffed animals and played in the play area. I was offered a drink and snack while i was waiting. Rental car was provided. They even called to tell me how my car was doing while it was there. I am so impressed by the customer service and quality of repair that i wouldn't trust my lexus to anyone else. And they come highly recommended. I am glad i listened.
Best Body Shop In Business I was in an accident and had my car towed from the scene. I walked into the body shop, which was clean and everyone was so friendly and nice. They called to get me a rental,, which was there in ten minutes.....before I even finished filling out my paperwork. They did such a great job. I was thrilled. It was so clean inside and out. Worth the drive from Mass. Prestige is the best body shop. Awesome staff. So helpful. Jim and Donna went above and beyond. I drove all the way from Mass to go to Prestige. Read the reviews and it the excellent reviews do not do it justice. Would highly recommend them. Even said they could have customers call me for a reference. I have a 2010 challenger. I wouldn't trust to just anyone. I have another dodge that I am going to bring by there. Great work!!!!!! Wouldn't go anywhere else.
