Fantastic Job I can't say enough about my experience. I was greated by friendly, professional people and treated really well. They delt with my insurance company and got me a rental, which I picked up from them (they had it waiting for me) and when my car was done, I left the rental with them. It was so easy. Nice work I think my repair looks great. People were friendly and helpful. I have never used them before but will if I need a body shop again. I feel they are top in their class for body work. I have done work like this in the past so I know a bit about it and I could find nothing wrong and they cleaned my truck, which was a mess. So Surprised It was my first time at Prestige. I was upset that I had to be there in the first place, never mind my mother was in the hospital. While I was waiting for my scheduled appointment for the repair I actually recieved an 'encouragement' card from Prestige. THE BEST BODY SHOP I had not been in an accident and was unaware of the process. I called my insurance company and they gave me two names of local body shops. One of which was Prestige Auto Body. FANTASTIC JOB! I had gone to Prestige for an estimate. I was in the process of getting three. When I got to Prestige they were very pleasant. I noticed while I was waiting for my estimate that there was a young lady filling the candy and chip dishes and was using a black pale. I asked where she got the pale (bucket) and she didn't know, it has been there. I needed a bucket for my sons Halloween costume. SUPERB JOB!!!!!!!!!!!! This is top notch place, from the time I walked in and my car was non drivable, they were so helpful. The nice people in the office called the rental company and had them at Prestige in about ten minutes. They went over the length of the repair and informed me that my insurance company was a non direct and they would have to come out to look at the damage.
