I am actually pretty surprised at the reviews on here, I found their customer service to be great. I have the best lawn on the block and receive a lot of compliments on it. Priced reasonably. Would definitely recommend.
This is the company to use when your looking to have a beautiful, thick green lawn. The owner Pete was extremely knowledgeable and very friendly through out the entire process and guides you through each phase of the treatments. Each set of the company's crew that worked at my house, were very helpful, clean workers and very customer oriented during each visit. Excellent experience working with Pete and Prestige Lawn Care
I have been a Prestige customer for over 30 years. I can say I will never switch companies, Pete is truly the "Lawn GOD"!! Of course there are times when my lawn is struggling, due to fungus etc.. This is inevitable due to weather, I get that. Pete (the owner) is always on top of it, within a few days he has a crew over to take care of ANY issues that come up. Sometimes I don't even call, if he has driven by to check on "his" lawn and sees an issue, the next day the men are there to address it.
We paid Prestige Lawn Care to redo our weed filled lawn in Lynbrook. All we can say is WOW. Out lawn looks great. We have gotten many compliments from people passing by. They did a great job, service was quick and workers were friendly. We would highly recommend them!
This man/ company comes in nice and professional & reliable when you first meet with him. But once the job begins if there are any issues he'll leave you high & dry. He won't fix the issues- he doesn't want to be bothered. Even when THE ISSUES ARE A RESULT IF HIS COMPANY's FAULTS. It's unbelievable, but that's the way he works. Don't hire this man if you want someone who stands behind their work!

This review is made by a person hundred of miles away from where we service which is Long Island NY. Ashley B from Euharlee, GA was never a customer of ours. We checked our database and there is no such person that was ever a customer. We request you take this review down because it does not pertain to our family owned business located 936 miles away from Ashley. We find this review to be defamatory and Yelp should have it removed.
Hired this company to fill and loom holes in my backyard, cut grass, weed and level out as best they could. Piles filled with Chunks of loom were scattered throughout my yard not spread out at all making my yard more unlevel. Areas where deep holes were i stepped on the loom and just sunk deep into a hole. Weeds were trimmed not removed. Sticks were left all over the yard and grass in the front was not mowed at all. worst company . they have a schedule to keep and will keep it no matter what . they will spray chemicals in 100 degree heat , burn your lawn and blame it in you . they are dismissive to any customer complaints . in short they dont know what they are doing and there bedside manner when fielding complaints is both insulting and aggressive towards the complainer .
This company owner is a great salesman but they serviced my lawn with chemicals during 100 degree heat and burned my sod. They blame it on everything else but themselves. Their owner is submissive to complaints and blames the situation on anyone but themselves. As a result of hiring them I have had to spend over $ 4000 installing new sod photos of what they did to my lawn are enclosed. I could have turned my lawn brown myself I didnt need to pay them and have them turn it brown.
Zero customer service. Not friendly. Hard to get Anyone. Poor communication skills. Stay away.
