Best decision I ever made I highly recommend moving into Prestonwoood trails! The move-in process was super easy Leasing office staff are great! The apartments are really beautiful and they have many upgraded apartments available. The complex is uniquely located in a quiet residential area between houses so there is low traffic and a really peaceful environment. Couldn’t be more happy with my decision!

Decent I haven't had any major issues and the problems that u did have were all taken. Care of. And from then it's been very short sweet and to the point with work orders no issues and no worries getting it done
good results Been here 7 years, new management great, theyre prompt with maintenance, looks good inside and out. Got an issue they resolve it. Fair pricing . Love my tall ceiling, fireplace, fans, 5g fiber, wood/carpet floors. Updates are great?
GREAT CHOICE… I’ve lived here for five years after relocating from Michigan. I must say that maintenance, mainly Ivan, has been great about small repairs that I needed and usually got it done the same day I reported the issue. When I moved here, Chip and Angela were here and they were very nice and helpful. Now we have Bertha and a new person, Adrian, that I haven’t met yet but we’ve emailed. Great place to live So far I really like it here. My neighbors are quiet, the property stays clean and Shantal is really great. My maintenance requests are done the same day I put them in and the work is good. The marble counters are a nice touch too. Wonderful experience.
Wonderful quiet place to stay! I love living at Prestonwood trails, basically because it is quiet and peaceful. I will be renewing my lease in a few days. I have never had any problems or issues with my apartment. Management and maintenance team are good concerning people. After getting off work late a while back, I realized that I lost my apartment keys maintenance was there to open my door for me within minutes. Prestonwood Trails is a wonderful place to live!!
Fabulous staff! The minor maintenance requests I've had have been handled immediately and the staff is awesome. They do a great job managing the property and have treated me with much respect and professionalism.
