Great location I’ve lived on the property for 5 years and have never had an issue with break ins nor theft of packages that were left at my door for days at a time. The Management team is awesome. Whenever a work order is placed, maintenance is dispatched immediately: Great place to live!
I chose the best property By far one of the best communities I have ever lived at. The manager Angela is freaking awesome, I call in for maintenance and they almost always come same day. Leasing agent Chip is just as great. Very quiet area- all the neighbors lookout for each other.
Not worth the money or your health. If you don't have options, don't mind paying for more than what you'll recieve and are okay with your neighbor's smoke filling your apartment, go for it. Prepare for maintenance to come repeatedly for the same issues.
Not Honest! There are a lot of amenities listed on this site as well as the apartments own website that in reality, that they do not have. When asked about it, all I got were excuses. I will say that the staff is very friendly, and they do address maintenance issues quickly.(and when I say address, I don't mean they actually get the issue resolved quickly, they just send maintenance to look at the problem. I'm paying for a "fully upgraded unit that has appliances that do not even match and they are the cheapest, most basic m... read more
Prestonwood resident The apartment complex is an older building and there are things that need update but it’s not bad if you’re looking for an affordable place. I’ve only complained of a few things 1) my loud running refrigerator 2) ant issue in my room 3) a leak in my bathroom. Unfortunately the ant problem has not gone away and had to put in another pest order.
