Good value and secure I moved in today. Place looks great, but I have a few notes for SpareFoot: 1. There was no truck available, even though it said so on my reservation (that's only for the larger spaces) 2. I had to pay an extra $15 for the key to the space, I recommend it be mentioned beforehand; 3. it was the 2nd floor, my reservation said the first (which I would have preferred) Just a matter of streamlining the communication between SpareFoot and the actual storage facility!
The service was great and I was surprised at how nice the facility was.
SpareFoot helped me find a storage facility that met all of my needs in just minutes, and I'm very satisfied with their recommendation. I will definitely advise others to use SpareFoot to match them with the best storage facility.

I liked all the workers & nice facility! I am very happy with most of the helpful staff and nice clean indoor drive up storage units! The negatives are one of the managers - not nice and no compensation for access problem I had one day. another negative is that there are mice roaming around. Other then that I think this is a great storage facility!
Increased price twice in seven months. Beautiful facility. Unhappy with two rate increases within 7 months. Feels like a bait and switch.
place is nice but the employees are rude and arrogant They did the bait and switch on me, telling me to take a bigger unit then NOT GIVING ME THE SPAREFOOT DISCOUNT. They knew I was in a rush and took advantage of the situation. On top of that my unit's door was broken, they said they would fix it but when I came back two days later it was still broken. RAT INFESTED I wouldn't store your stuff there, let alone mine! I clicked on them because it said Marina Del Rey, YA, more like WATTS, I wouldn't talk my mother's stuff there for anything, It would be broken into in the first week, NO THANK YOU !!! Can't give zero rating
