Very well-run facility. This was complicated because I had to arrange storage of a car in California, while I'm in Chicago. The manager, Shylo, was very helpful in walking me through the necessary steps that enabled my daughter to drop the car and my son to pick it up. We feel it's in good hands.
Great service I would recommend in the future
Very Clean and Organized Facility Customer Service was very friendly and helpful. The paper work is all done via online using DocuSign and a copy of the contract was sent to my email. My possessions will be safe in this storage unit. You have to enter your personal code when you enter and leave so they keep track if someone doesn't leave the facility. It was easy and simple to set up and unload for storage Not only were you able to schedule a storage risk free, you were given a free moving truck to help bring your stuff to the storage comfortably. Overall, awesome experience!
Hi Tech- clean, convenient location, great staff Great price for the location. So great, the place gets pretty busy. Staff is friendly and customer service is pro. The facility is very nice which makes people want to treat it well. This is where I want to store my show car.
