great service I contacted Pride Plumbing to move emergency shut off valve for new gas oven. The experience was great from the start. The scheduler who answered the phone was polite and answered my questions; when she didn't have the answer she called me back. I was able to schedule my appointment in a timely manner. quick service, well-done! We are switching from a gas stove to electric in our kitchen, and needed to get the gas line safely capped. David from Pride Plumbing came the same day I called. He was polite, efficient, and knowledgeable. He used the same sort of device that RG&E uses to detect gas leakage, to make sure the job was done right.

Toilet Repairs Joe Arena is a funny and patient technician. He was honest with me during the toilet repair service. He mentioned that there is only small valve part to be replaced. However, I asked him to replace the whole pump system and he followed my wish. Also, he agreed to meet the same price that I used your company a few months ago for another bathroom's problem.
