My wife and I had not thought about refinancing because we were in a good spot with our mortgage, rates etc. After a brief conversation w/ Aaron around the benefits of a refi, he proactively ran some numbers for us. He laid out several options that would not only decrease the years on our mortgage but also lower our monthly payment. Aaron Matty made what is a horrendous process palatable. When I rate 5 stars I solely rate Aaron. There are behind the scene issues which Aaron had to rectify and did so well. If it were not for he, I would have cashed investments, taken the tax hit and bought with cash. My thanks goes out to Aaron for all of his patience and assistance.
