I want to be clear that Aaron was awesome, and I don't think we could have expected any more of him than he provided. We really appreciated his help and guidance during this process. However, the OVERALL experience was awful. I'm including this here because it says "Aaron Matty / Team", and I hope that Aaron won't be penalized because of this. We had to work with another woman, Teresa Goff, who was literally the worst customer service rep ever. Got hit by the character cap, can't write more

Aaron was really great throughout the entire refinancing process. He was very communicative and there to answer any questions we had along the way. He was always available for us to call or text and never made us feel like he was too busy (even though we know how busy he had to be during this crazy time!!) Thanks Aaron and team!!
