I can not put into words how grateful I am for what Chad and his team have done. Going into this I was very skeptical about becoming a homeowner after hearing horror stories about how hard the process was and that settlement dates often get pushed back for weeks. Even though it worked out for the best. I was disappointed with the length of time it took to refinance and not as much communication on progress of the refinance. Overall, Chad was great to work with and I was always able to get ahold of Chad personally to get updates.
