Being a first time home buyer, the whole process can be super overwhelming. Chad made me feel comfortable asking "dumb" questions and made sure I was informed. He was always available (even when he was on vacation...haha) & very prompt and responsive to all of my emails and texts. Once we were under contract with our home, Chad and his entire team were on point with EVERYTHING. They held our hands through the whole thing. I would 100% recommend Chad & PRMI to all my friends and family!

As a first time home buyer, I would have liked more clear, easy to access information on what exact paperwork was required and a definition of terms. After sending in information requested, I was often asked for the information / paperwork again with no explanation that the previously sent info was incorrect or not received. Example - I was asked for a scan of my photo OD three times. It really added stress to an already stressful time. I do appreciate that communication was always friendly.

Chad is responsive, knowledgable and professional. If you have a question regarding your mortgage application, he will have the answer for you, and if he does not have it at the moment, he will find the answer for you right away! A truly great person to have in your corner when trying to buy a home.

Chad was wonderful. He was always professional and friendly, and he never hesitated to take the time to be sure we understood what what's going on. He made us feel as comfortable as possible in water that was uncharted for us. When the deal was over, we felt like we were loosing a friend! However, we were assured that Chad and his team are always there if we need them. We had a wonderful experience and will be sure to spread the word.

Chad and Mrs. Teresa were amazing! The communication was phenomenal and they made sure we had all of our paperwork in on time which made settlement a breeze. When we began the house buying process we started working with a different lender. That was a miserable experience to say the least. When we heard about Chad we knew we needed and wanted to make the switch. We are so glad we did! If it weren't for Chad and his team we wouldn't have the home we do now!!!
