All updates were timely and helpful until we got close to closing. I asked for possible earlier in the week with no response. Both realtors asked for a definite closing time and date and couldnít get a response. I had to call the title company to find out when closing was scheduled.

I might be incorrect, but I do wonder if more preliminary work could have been done on the bankrupcy to prepare us all for that delay. Origionally we were scheduled to close weeks earlier. no one was prepared for the 4 plus week "delay". I have not run into these surprises before when I have had a bankrupcy before as my lenders knew exactly how long and all the hoops before hand. again, i could be wrong, but based on the other realtor we had scheduled closing super "early" and come to find out we had to have judges approvals... read more

My closing had a glitch, mobile notary did not come at noon, during my buyers lunch, Shawna accidentally typed 2:00 instead of noon. Also, since things weren't going smooth, Alex said he had trouble with Jenny, I'll explain later. Since the notary was late, I couldn't come back for the closing, so I have to wait 5 more days for my check. However, most of my closing go smooth.
