The lack of communication regarding loan progression was grossly lacking. We still have an outstanding refinancing deal that we have heard zero updates on so we will be using a different company. Iíve never been more disappointed in a service provider in my life.

If you are young, you should look for another loan company. I had to get mad on the phone just to receive updates with more than 20% of the info I needed.

Better communication with processor. More timely movement of process rather than last minute. The loan processor never answered her phone each time I called and our first set of questions arrived 4 days before our close date.

We were homeless for many days with dogs and the commications with Jay were bad. We do thank you for the 2 nights you paid for a hotel. Jennifer paid for the other 2 night. But I I skylark stayed in the car with the dogs for 2 days. My legs were all swollen due to staying in the car for many days and I'm diabetic. IT WAS A NIGHTMARE. NEVER AGAIN.

Our experience of refinancing took a very long time. Communication was not clear with the support staff. We did not know some documents had not been received. We ended up paying points to get our loan rate lower because 30 Days has passed. The whole process took close to 90 days. We have always closed within 30 days. Did not get a date and time for closing until day before because PRMI had not sent documents to closing company. Very dissatisfied.

It took forever for them to make a decision and only after myself and the sellers were done and didn't want to move on with them did I get the approval for the loan.
