processor was not aware of Florida's requirements for obtaining a loan I was needed to provide multiple documents. Solar panels were a constant problem although paid balance off by seller in September . Inspection 4pt, inspection MIT requested 4 days after inspection was completed . Closing set for 11/6, survey requesTed 10/29 , 11/4 survey, due to questions on survey 11/6 & 11/7 redue of surveys Closing. Charged $258.73 for not closing on the 6 th or 8th

Almost every day I was asked to have something else done to be approved for the loan and go to closing If i would have known the whole list of requirement, I would have been able to complete them in a timely manner

Closing forms stated I would receive my credit report, when I reported that I had not received I was informed for me to now reach out for it from the vendor.

Zach and Geneva were not receptive to our communications. Oftentimes we had forward our emails when they said they needed something from us and never received it. I was highly insulted that when I communicated to Zach my disappointment he just brushed it off and what he did explain his comment was oh, that's our industry norms. Several times in multiple conversations and emails my wife explained certain things and told them what we were and were not interested in.
