Greg was so helpful with my first home purchase. The first loan company i went with was pushy and didn't answer a lot of my questions. However Greg and his team were very patient and provided lots of feedback. I couldn't recommend them highly enough.

The lack of communication between their teammates was absolutely horrible. Every phone call I received from the team, they had an additude. I received multiple responses from them on what I owed for closing cost and each one was a difference price from different people each time. Also, the price would jump up $5000 or more each time after I had already agreed on a price from one of the other teamates. It was as if none of them knew that the other one was in contact with me.

Being a first time home buyer, I am not familiar with the process and during one of our initial phone discussions, when I was asking Greg questions, he became angry and said "LISTEN to me!" which I thought was rude. Communication was poor.
