Gave up on us during the process and told us it was up to us to figure it out and get the forms filled out and the emails during this time were less then friendly, after we got the paperwork in, the tune changed but if we didn't respond right away, the email tone was again not friendly. I am glad it is done, however if I had known what a hassle it was going to be and the impersonal treatment we would of received, I would of gone with someone else.
