THE WHOLE TEAM WAS ON TOP OF THE LOAN PROCESS FROM THE VERY BEGINNING. JIM IS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT THE INDUSTRY AND DID AN EXCELLENT JOB OF HELPING US ACCOMPLISH OUR REFINANCE GOALS. Jim's team was great about working with us to get the information that they needed to complete our application. Everything but the signing was done on-line which allowed us to send our information at our convenience rather than just during office hours. Jim has personally helped us with several closings and keeps our best interest in mind - even talking with us when the interest rate dropped knowing that it would be to our advantage.
