I talked with Jeff multiple times between purchases about possible refinances and he always gave me sound advice to keep my current mortgage. He is not out to sell mortgages. communication. Whenever I had a problem it was resolved in a timely manner. I could definitely always call on Chad, my contact. If I called him and he did not answer I left a message and he immediately got back to me.
