The process was described in detail so that I know what to expect and recognized many of the steps when the occurred. I could have used more discussion about the money-wiring process and when it would occur: I thought I'd need to pay costs at the settlement instead of after, but that was a small point.

very courteous, friendly, patient and yet professional. answered every question and took the extra time to explain any question we may have asked. very flexible in being available to be contacted for most any reasons. went through all of our options and helped to acquire the amount needed with the best rate available. especially liked the ability to provide the correct information up front allowing us the ability to do as little extra leg work as possible. great team of proffesionals.

Jeff is, hands down, the best mortgage man out there today. We bought our first home with him, then made the mistake of using a realtor suggested mortgage company for house #2. We have just refinanced and came back to Jeff and Primary Residential and once again, Jeff is just THE BEST OUT THERE. No question, he's your guy. He'll be honest, trustworthy, and always explain everything no matter how many times you ask the same question. He's outstanding from start to finish.
