The process for mortgages has gotten much more difficult for buyers, regardless of their economic situation. This was a step by step process where everyone contributed to getting the mortgage finalized in a timely manner. Each and every one of the mortgage team members were completely accessible, very customer oriented and pleasant to deal with in the process. It was a one stop shop.
