As a first time home buyer, navigating the process of buying a house seemed daunting to me. Jeff/the team (especially Teresa) were there for every question I had, promptly returning my calls and explaining things clearly. Jeff sat down with my fiance and I to go over financials to establish our price range/monthly numbers we were comfortable with; this was extremely helpful and educational. They went above and beyond to help me get my first house. There was a point that I thought thisdeal wouldnt be able to go thru at all but Andrea thought thru the problem, came up with a solution and practically held my held thru the rest of the process. Jeff and Andrea are amazing and helped me close on my very first house 2 days ago. Jeff was incredibly thoughtful and thorough. He carefully explained on aspects of the loan process to us, took time to meet us on our schedule, and checked in throughout the process.
