Honestly I felt a lack of transparency through the process. Numbers would appear different than discussed then it was said "that was just an oversight". But it happened a fair bit. To me it felt like this team plays fast and loose with my money. That made me really uncomfortable. Like the night before closing. The closing figure jumped by 3%... When I asked why and if it was because they didn't put in the ground rent or, admin fee, they didn't answer and were dismissive.

We started the process in July and knew that refinances were taking about 3 months at this time. Communication after the initial contact was terrible. We didn't close until January. There was NO sense of being taken of as a customer. We lost $1000/month is this delay.

Terry was an excellent support and always responded and did whatever she could. I also appreciate Jeff coming out to me to sign something, but that was because it was missed 5 days earlier when I was told all was clear. Jeff promised my all kinds of service on my initial phone call, but then bounced me back to Terry 95% of the time, and several of those times, she was not told what was up...I set 4 items twice. I sent several things directly to Jeff on a Friday only to be asked for them by T...
