Jeff helped me with a mortgage refinance and literally made it one of the simplest processes I've ever experienced, to the extent that I signed the closing documents at my desk at my office in less than a half hour. For a person with a pretty packed schedule, that was ideal for me. He was always accessible, day or night, and he knows financing programs, options and grants like no one else. It was a great experience for me because he insisted that we are not paying more than appraised value for the property and the seller has to give me closing help. Thatís was great because it saved me thousands of dollars. So I say a big thanks to him and his team.

Jeff and his team worked incredibly hard on my loan. As a former VP of Construction Lending myself, I can honestly say I have never seen a manager and their team as dedicated to getting the job done. The entire staff did an excellent job of communicating throughout the process and made sure things got done in a timely manner.
