First of all, you and your team ALWAYS answered our emails and phone calls promptly. It greatly lowered our stress to know we were being LISTENED TO. Secondly, when issues arose (they always do) we were told right away, which gave us time to respond with minimum stress. Lastly, you and your team are always friendly and courteous. Buying a home and getting a mortgage is stressful enough. Your smiles helped tremendously (as did the cup of coffee in the morning!).
