Jim (and team) was extremely helpful communicating with us throughout the whole pre-approval and loan process. He took the time to explain things to us that we were unfamiliar about, stayed on top of all the documents we needed to get together so that we weren't rushing last minute, and got us a great interest rate! Jim was the best loan officer we could have gotten! As first time home buyers it's safe to say that me and my girlfirend were intimidated with the whole home buying and loan application process intially.
