Jim took the time to explain things to me. He also alerted me right away when problems arose and assured me that we could overcome them. His manner was warm, soft-spoken, upbeat and encouraging. He is very knowledgeable about the mortgage busines and I felt lucky to have him to take me through the numerous steps in the process.
