Jim went above and beyond to help our family. We purchased our home without an agent and he was more than tilling to review documents. He was always on top of when we needed to get documents to him to keep the process moving. We did a simultaneous close on our old home and current home and it went seamlessly. Not many people can say that!

My wife and I worked with Jim and his team on two contracts over the course of a couple of months. The first fell through for unrelated reasons and Jim was extremely responsive and helped us pivot almost immediately to the second contract.
