Jim is the best! We were first time homebuyers and had no idea what we were getting into. Jim gave us all the options and counseled us on why one was better than the other for our situation. He touched base with us AT LEAST weekly via email and phone call to see if we had any questions throughout the entire process. Our closing went so smoothly. He answered all of our questions.
