If i could give Jo Ann more than 5 starts I would. A few years ago i was looking to buy a house but my credit wasnt ready. Jo worked with me, gave me tips on how to up my credit score and checked in on me ofter to see how I was doing. Finally about 4 months (while she was checking in on me) I was in the spot to purchase my first home!!. She was there anytime i had a question big or small. I was extremely impressed with Jo Ann and the staff at Primary Residential Mortgage. Jo Ann is knowledgeable, friendly, organized, and persistent. Their system is very modern, and easy to use, and Jo Ann is a superb communicator. After troubles and hiccups at other lenders for my first home purchase and several re-finances, I was amazed at how smoothly things went with Primary Residential Mortgage, and I will absolutely be returning to them should I need home financing in the future.
Jo Ann took the stressful part of buying my first home and made it enjoyable. I never felt overwhelmed because she was always available. Jo Ann got me into my home 2 weeks earlier then expected! Can’t say enough good things.
Jo Ann worked extremely hard for us in an atypical situation. Jo Ann explain the process and the paperwork entirely. She responded immediately whenever I had a question or concern and was incredibly patient when I questioned the necessity of some of the paperwork. I could not have negotiated the exhaustive process without her guidance and help and would highly recommend her to anyone preparing to finance a home purchase.
