Joe and his team were great to work with. With our previous mortgage, the loan officers were basically in control of the settlement date. It took what felt like forever to finally get to closing. Working with Joe and his team was the exact opposite. We were ready to close very quickly, just had to wait for sellers to find their place as get everything in place for their settlement.
