I went through Joe for a refi because I know I'd receive the same level of knowledge, expertise, and ease that I'd received with my original purchase. Joe really takes his time. He answers any questions. He makes sure you understand. He genuinely has your best interest at heart. He's a class act.

Joe was over communicative with everything and easygoing. It was much appreciated when purchasing my first home. I would say that when the time came to close with the underwriter some of the requests for information were either redundant in nature or over kill on certain processes. Overall, great experience working with Joe and his team! Just next time, highly consider other loan options versus going with a VA Loan.

WHO made the experience great was Joe! It is that simple. Title Company...not so much... too expensive caused serious inconveniences.... Joe is professional, intelligent, respectful, knowledgeable, efficient, demonstrates excellent interpersonal skills, made the process enjoyable and seem to be easily executed (rarely the case). He doesn't sell (hard or direct) he listens, educates and provides impeccable service by meeting needs of his clients; HE IS who makes the experience GREAT!
