Joe was not only helpful but made the whole process fun. When I didn't get the first house I put an offer in on. He made me feel better by letting me know that the house was haunted by the spirits of old WWE wrestlers... after that my mind was at ease about not getting it.

Iím a big stickler for communication and keeping your clients up to date. We didnít get this from the initial lender we were considering. Joe has be phenomenal. He is a down to earth person that is easy to talk to and has provided all the support I needed. He has been respectful and clear in all of his communication. Joe has listened to me and walked me through all the things I needed. This has been something I wanted to do for a long time and Joe has made something scary and stressful into something exciting, like it should be.
