The entire team of people I was dealing with were very helpful, knowledgeable and the process of all the emails, papers etc was very organized. I did not realize that it would actually be possible for me to own a home. Full disclosure here, i actually have known Joe for a number of years, so i already knew he was a great guy. Joe answered all of my questions in a timely manner. He also went above and beyond what was required of him and made everything happen.
