After getting less than satisfactory service from a local bank, I chose to reach out to NFM after seeing many of Jordan's Tiktok's. From my very first contact all the way to closing, there wasn't a phone call, text message or email that wasn't answered promptly. There were even a few times that I called on the weekend and still was able to get the answers I needed. Even my realtor loves them after seeing how well they communicate during the entire process. Home buying is stressful, but I was never stressed about my lender :)

This buying process can bring a rollercoaster of emotions. It is a wonderful experience when you have a lender that helps keep you focus on the goal, is a wealth of knowledge, has a disarming sense of humor, and effortlessly keeps people like me steady and confident in the process.
