The main point is that my wife and I simply wouldn't have been paying close attention to the rates dropping and the opportunity to refinance at this perfect storm. Kerry sends friendly and informative emails that sparked us to act. Then throughout the process, Kerry coached us and was always ready to discuss what was going on. He is always available. The appraiser was friendly. The website was fairly easy to navigate. The rate is really good. Thank you!

Carrie has a very good personality and was able to get me the lowest rate on the market. He was quick to get back to me on all of my questions, emails and phone calls. He went out of his way to call me immediately upon interest rates dropping to all-time lows. He worked with me to show me many different options on all different kinds of loans as well. He is a very good employee with great interpersonal communication skills.
