Kerry is great! As we all know - there are many many mortgage brokers around and all of them promising to deliver. Based on the promises we are choosing one or another, going with them, and sometimes all the way after appraisal payment they say: oops - sorry, we did not know X or Y, and therefore we can't complete the loan because some new obstacle. Main thing: Kerry reviewed the documents, promised and delivered the loan.
