Lorenzo was in very frequent contact with me throughout the refinance process. He would also notified me when I needed to provide or review documents. There was always a sense of urgency to complete the documentation in a timely manner. Despite some hurdles (world events, non-response from current lender), he was able to complete the refinance within a month of starting the process.

I felt my experience was ok because although you are told to ask any questions you need, it doesn’t mean the explanations will make sense. When initially going in I was told no cost to me on my Refinance. But then got surprised by the $800 out of pocket for the appraisal. Which I was fine with but got no warning. In the end my loan is a better deal. I will save a lot monthly and over 30years. But the up front costs made my loan the same as the original in size, all my progress over 2 yrs gone.
