The incompetence and lack of social graces regarding the communication Lorenzo sent both me and my partner during our loan process was staggering. We would have switched to another lender if it were not for the critical deadlines we needed to meet. Throughout the process, we asked him what else we needed in order to proceed. He would reply "all was good" until yet another last minute requirement would be needed. Never again!
