The initial application online was easy. I received an answer back within 2.5 hours. I bought a house previously and it was tedious with all the paperwork that was needed because nothing was electronic except for a few things. That caused a lot of delays. With Primer everything was efficient and easy-breezy. Man always available within a short time to answer all my questions and ease my anxieties. The closing was even faster than expected. We are painting now, 30 days after pre-qualifying.
