I really enjoyed working with Man. He takes his time to literally talk to you about how your loan will effect you, and your financial future. He has YOUR best interest in mind as opposed to making a sale. This is something I don't see anymore, someone who has a job to do getting loans, but is also considers your financial future is healthy and safe! I will definitely use him again in the future and will refer him to anyone I know who is in the market to get a home loan.

The appraiser was the main issue in this transaction. The fact that he was late in arranging the appraisal, and the fact that he required repairs, and that he charged a reinspection fee were not standard operating procedure.

One item was that the Elizabeth Homer was concerned that the $106,000 wired to closing was not shown on the settlement statement. First American said that the lender did not want that on it and was concerned & befuddled as to why. Possibly you can explain that and later she was requested to sign that the monies came from Charles and her name was not on it, although the wire came from her account.

Over the course of a month the agent/s I was working with would constantly be hitting me up for more ìdocumentsî needed. It became cumbersome, as a request for a document here or a document there instead of a one time request. It made it come off as piece-meal and PRMI didnít have a sound processes as the ìunderwriters always needed something elseî. Finally, I would get emails to sign with no name & really no explanation behind that. A personnel touch (phone call or a name ) would be a great.

I felt that there was something that was causing our process to stall. Not sure if it was personal or just the struggle with getting necessary documents through COVID outbreak. It took much longer, 2 credit pulls (which I understand) but we did what we were told. IRS was not able to provide paperwork which caused many delays!
