I chose to work with Natalie, over very competent competitors, because she is very kind and approachable. She was truly a gem to work with and I loved every conversation with her. While she could improve slightly in her communication skills, specifically in explaining documents sent for signature or her general understanding of what buyers are familiar with vs what lending officers are familiar with, she was wonderful.
