Ross kept me up to date on each step in my loan process. He went over every line of the loan disclosure with me. He was always was available to answer my concerns. Ross has a high level of integrity. I would guess that my situation was one of if not the most challenging Ross has ever had. He never gave up he just kept working. He was referred to me and I have now referred him to several that I know needing a mortgage. I know that referrals are the best business you can get and certainly deserves the best. Constant, clear communication. Ross and his team did a fantastic job and stayed on top of everything. Ross explained everything for us and didnt leave me any questions.
