Ross was always available to answer my questions. He had the answer or was quick to return with the answer. Through the whole experience, we never felt rushed or frustrated. He worked with us on every document needed and made sure we were getting it done and turned in, in plenty of time. The experience of qualifying for a loan with Ross was less stressful then the experience of selling and buying another home. Thank you Ross!
