When I first worked with Shirley it was as a client. Now I recommend her to my clients. Her hands on approach, advise, and attention to detail streamline securing a mortgage. She will take the time to explain any issues with the approval process, and help to resolve them. On top of that, she is easy to talk to, and a lot of fun to work with. The office staff is friendly and match Shirley's professionalism.

I was the listing agent, I did get notices through the buyers agent, on this particular loan we were all surprised as this was marked conventional and then we found out we were an FHA & OHFA loan& didnít close on time was surprised at that and it made it that the seller was not able to attend closing since it did not close on time as she was out of town and could not change her plans. Seller was disappointed about that

Not a thing. Was less paper than any other time which was great. One of the packets of copies had several pages of someone elseís closing in it.

I felt like there was no personal touch . On numerous occasions I tried to call could never speak to you . I would have to have Sandy reach out for me . I am greatful to finaly be in my new home but I would go with someone who could take the time to talk to me on the phone next time .
