I had 4 different numbers on the CDs and in the end had to settle it with the title officer at closing. If I hadn't read through everything carefully I would have signed the wrong CDs. We lost a weekend on closing which caused me to have to take multiple days off work. This could have been avoided if the seller knew we had the appraisal back were ready to close but they didn't know even 3 days after. I'm not sure if this was bad communication on your part or my realtor's.

I was not kept up to date on where the process was, and my realtor was just as informed as I was. Before I even closed on the house, I also began receiving daily advertisements directly from the company. The first was offering to refinance my home before closing on the home. Lastly, I was also informed 2 hours prior to closure that they had to postpone the date until next week. I spent the following day and weekend having to frantically reschedule moving equipment and utilities.

She did not double check her work, she assumed the problem was on our side.We had a mortgage one and mortgage two application due to the first house being purchased by a cash buyer. I received several emails to sign a credit inquiry document that have never been added to the second mortgage. We repeatedly stated that we had signed everything that had been provided. Finally I down loaded the document from the first mortgage and uploaded to the second mortgage to attempt to complete the request.
