From start to finish, Steve was responsive, helpful, and friendly. Steve was very quick to respond via text, email, and one the phone. As a first time homeowner, he helped explain each step of the process and answered all of my questions. When a grant fell through, Steve worked to find a solution to get my loan to a place I could manage and looked at all other available options.
