Terry is very knowledgeable, attentive, courteous, and personable. It was a pleasure working with him. The one piece of constructive feedback that I would give though is try to stay away from estimating closing costs or err on the side of caution. If the closing company could potentially hold 6 months of escrow, you should use that as your estimate and not 3 months. It was definitely frustrating walking into closing having to pay almost $2000 more than the estimation.
